Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Church Leadership Resources mobile application ("App") provided by Church Leadership Resources ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

App Description

Church Leadership Resources provides free access to a library of ministry and church leadership content including articles, devotions, small group studies, and books. All content is available to all users at no charge.

Premium Subscription

The App offers an optional premium subscription ("CLR Premium") that unlocks convenience features such as dark mode, reading themes, custom font sizes, favorites, bookmarks, reading progress tracking, and chapter navigation. CLR Premium does not restrict any content — it enhances the reading and study experience.

• Price: $2.99 per month (USD). Pricing may vary by region and is displayed in the App before purchase.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. All billing inquiries should be directed to Apple Support. Refund requests are handled by Apple per their refund policies.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and materials within the App are the property of Church Leadership Resources or its content contributors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may read and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written consent.

User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App to distribute unauthorized content or malware.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Church Leadership Resources shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and Church Leadership Resources, not with Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property infringement.
