Church Leadership Resources provides free, biblically sound resources for pastors, church leaders, and students of the Word. The app includes School of Ministry courses, sermon notes, video lessons, articles, books, small group studies, and more from the teaching ministry of Bill Scheidler.
All content is always free. An optional premium subscription unlocks app convenience features: sepia and dark reading themes, custom font sizes, adjustable line spacing, favorites and bookmarks, reading progress, chapter navigation, search history, weekly devotions, and support for the ministry.
Yes. All content in the app is completely free to read, watch, and listen to. The optional CLR Premium subscription unlocks convenience features like reading themes, custom fonts, favorites, reading progress, chapter navigation, search history, weekly devotions, and support for the ministry. No content is ever locked behind a paywall.
Premium unlocks: sepia and dark reading themes, custom font sizes, adjustable line spacing, favorites and bookmarks, reading progress (resume where you left off), chapter navigation for long content, search history, weekly devotions, and support for the ministry.
Open the app, go to the More tab, then tap Settings. You'll see the option to upgrade to Premium. You can also tap any locked feature (like the dark theme toggle) and the subscription options will appear. The subscription is $2.99/month.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings on your iPhone > tap your name > Subscriptions > Church Leadership Resources > Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Open the app, go to More > Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Yes. All text content, courses, sermon notes, and slides are bundled in the app and available offline. Video lessons require an internet connection because they stream from Google Drive. Subscription verification also works offline using cached transaction data.
Go to More > Settings > Data, then tap "Clear Recent History." This removes your recently viewed items. Favorites and reading progress are not affected.
The app requires iOS 17.0 or later and is compatible with iPhone. An iPad version may be available in the future.
